BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Lindsey Wilson women's tennis team completed a perfect run through the Mid-South Conference in 2015 by capturing the MSC Tournament title on Sunday over Cumberland (Tenn.) at Kereiakes Park.

With the 5-0 victory over the No. 20-ranked Bulldogs (12-8, 6-1 MSC), fourth-ranked Lindsey Wilson (15-7, 7-0 MSC) has now won 11-straight MSC Tournament titles dating back to the 2005 season.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) and Cumberland (Ky.) used semifinal wins today to advance in the 2015 Mid-South Conference Women's Tennis Tournament at Kereiakes Park.

The top-seeded Blue Raiders and second-seeded Bulldogs meet at 2 p.m. CT on Sunday, April 26, in the championship match. Impending inclement weather forced conference officials to postpone Saturday's scheduled title match to Sunday.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- Georgetown (Ky.) pulled off the lone upset today at the 2015 Mid-South Conference Women's Tennis Tournament at Kereiakes Park.

The fifth-seeded Tigers along with second-seeded Cumberland (Tenn.) and third-seeded Campbellsville (Ky.) -- who also won today -- advance to Friday's semifinals. Top-seeded Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) joins the trio after earning a bye into the final four after capturing the regular-season title.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) freshman Henar Munoz is the 2015 Mid-South Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Year, conference officials announced on Thursday at the conference's awards banquet at The National Corvette Museum.

Munoz also earned the conference's freshman of the year honor.

COLUMBIA, Ky. -- Nineteen Mid-South Conference women's tennis student-athletes earned Academic All MSC honors, conference officials announced on Wednesday.

In order to be nominated by an institution, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved at least sophomore academic status.
