BARDSTOWN, Ky. -- Cumberlands (Ky.) led wire-to-wire en route to capturing the 2015 Mid-South Conference Women's Golf Championships at Bardstown Golf Club at Maywood.

The Patriots shot a three-day total of 922 (302-306-314) to win their fourth straight conference tournament title. Campbellsville (Ky.) finished second with a 945 (306-323-316). Cumberland (Tenn.) ended in third with a 949 (316-315-318).

COLUMBIA, Ky. -- Campbellsville's (Ky.) Cassidy Scantland is the Mid-South Conference Women's Golfer of the Week, conference officials announced on Tuesday.

The weekly honor is Scantland's second of the season.

BARDSTOWN, Ky. -- Cumberlands (Ky.) fired a team-total 306 in today's second round to separate itself from the field at the 2015 Mid-South Conference Women's Golf Championships at Bardstown Golf Club at Maywood.

Entering today's second round with a four-shot lead, four Patriots shot in the 70s to turn their narrow lead into a 21-stroke advantage with just 18 holes remaining in the championship.

BARDSTOWN, Ky. -- Following today's opening round of the Mid-South Conference Golf Championships, the coaches and student-athletes gathered for the annual awards banquet at Bardstown Country Club at Maywood.

Tonight, academic all-conference, champions of character and coach of the year honors were distributed. All-conference honors along with player and freshman of the year are yet to be decided with two more rounds of golf remaining in the championships.

BARDSTOWN, Ky. -- Rachel Pingleton shot a 2-under par 70 to lead Cumberlands (Ky.) to the opening-round lead at the Mid-South Conference Women's Golf Championships at Bardstown Golf Club at Maywood.

Cumberlands fired a team-total 302 to lead Campbellsville (Ky.) (306) by four strokes and Cumberland (Tenn.) (316) by 14 strokes with 36 holes remaining in the race for a berth to the NAIA National Championships next month.
