Columbia, Ky. – Georgetown (Ky.) rallied from third place after day one to win the Mid-South Fall Classic on Tuesday afternoon at the Cherry Blossom Golf Club in Georgetown, Ky.

Georgetown opened the day three strokes behind the University of the Cumberlands (Ky.) and two behind Lindsey Wilson (Ky.). Battling through two weather delays lasting three hours, the Tigers shot a 295 in round two to come out with the victory.

COLUMBIA, Ky. – Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) begins the 2017-18 season ranked No. 22 in the NAIA Men's Golf Preseason Top 25 Poll, NAIA officials announced on Friday.

 Joining Lindsey Wilson as one of four teams that recently joined the Top 25 Poll is: No. 12 University of Northwestern Ohio, No. 16 Victoria (B.C.), and No. 18 Mount Mercy (Iowa).

COLUMBIA, Ky. – Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) men's golf is favored to win the conference title according to the Mid-South Conference Men's Golf Preseason Poll, conference officials announced on Wednesday.

The Blue Raiders -- who won the MSC regular-season title last season -- received 33 voting points, including four of the seven first-place votes, from the conference coaches. Lindsey Wilson has won eight MSC regular-season titles in its history.

NAIA Men's Golf All-Americans

COLUMBIA, Ky. – Cumberlands' (Ky.) Ben Kendrick and Lindsey Wilson's (Ky.) Rasmus Lind were named NAIA Men's Golf All-Americans, the national office announced on Friday.

Kendrick was selected to the first team, while Lind earned third team honors. This is the first All-American accolade for both student-athletes.

NAIA Men's Golf Coaches' Top 25 Postseason Poll

COLUMBIA, Ky. – Cumberland (Tenn.) is the lone Mid-South Conference team ranked in postseason edition of the NAIA Men's Golf Coaches' Top 25 Poll, the national office announced on Friday.

After sitting 10 spots outside of the top 25 in the final regular season poll, the Phoenix climbed up into the top 25 and is ranked 19th overall in the poll. At the NAIA Men's Golf National Championship, Cumberland finished 26th overall after missing out on the 36-hole cut.
