NAIA Women's Tennis All-Americans

COLUMBIA, Ky. -- Four Mid-South Conference women's tennis student-athletes have earned National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics All-American honors, NAIA officials announced on Monday.

In addition to the four to earn All-American honors, three more MSC student-athletes earned honorable mention honors.

MOBILE, Ala. – The Lindsey Wilson women's tennis team saw their 2015 campaign come to an end in the NAIA National Championship Semifinals on Saturday as they fell 5-2 to Auburn-Montgomery (Ala.) at the Mobile Tennis Center.

In a match that began on Friday afternoon and concluded 23 hours later, the third-seeded Blue Raiders (17-8) fought hard to stay alive but were ultimately eliminated by the second-seeded WarHawks (22-4).

Daktronics-NAIA Tennis Scholar-Athletes

COLUMBIA, Ky. -- Thirteen Mid-South Conference women's tennis student-athletes earned Daktronics-NAIA Tennis Scholar-Athlete honors, the national office announced on Friday.

In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status to qualify for this honor.

MOBILE, Ala. – The Lindsey Wilson women's tennis team rolled of a 5-1 win over Embry-Riddle (Fla.) in the NAIA National Championship Quarterfinals on Thursday at the Mobile Tennis Center.

With the victory, the Blue Raiders (17-7) advance to the national semifinals for the third-consecutive season and will face second-seeded Auburn-Montgomery (Ala.) on Friday at 1 p.m. CT.

NAIA Women's Tennis National Championship

MOBILE, Ala. – Third-seeded Lindsey Wilson women's tennis bested No. 14-seed Northwestern Ohio 5-1 today in the second round of the 2015 NAIA Women's Tennis National Championship at the Mobile Tennis Center.

The Blue Raiders (16-7) advance to face sixth-seeded Embry-Riddle (Fla.) at 1 p.m. CT on Thursday.
