CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. — Director of Athletics Jim Hardy is pleased to announce Kyle Caven will once again transition into the head coaching role for both the men's and women's tennis programs.

Caven, who has coached both programs 10 of the last 11 years and was the men's coach from the 2016-17 season, assumes the women's position after Kristen Hamrick resigned her post in July to pursue a teaching position in her hometown of Lawrenceburg, Ky.

MOBILE, Ala. – The Lindsey Wilson women's tennis team fought all the way to the end, but the Blue Raiders eventually fell to top-ranked Georgia Gwinnett 5-3 on Sunday in the NAIA National Championship match at the Mobile Tennis Center.

In a rematch of the 2016 national championship, the second-seeded Blue Raiders (22-5) once again clawed back-and-forth with the Grizzlies (26-0), but LWC saw its comeback attempt come up short of denying Georgia Gwinnett a second-straight title.
