COLUMBIA, Ky. – St. Catharine's (Ky.) Francisco Gonzalez is the Mid-South Conference Baseball Player of the Week and teammate Steven Borkowski is the MSC Pitcher of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday.

The weekly honor is the second of the season for Gonzalez and the first for Borkowski.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- Third-seeded Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) captured the 2015 Mid-South Conference Baseball Tournament title today with a 4-3 win over second-seeded St. Catharine (Ky.) at the Bowling Green Ballpark.

The Blue Raiders (37-18) earn the conference's automatic bid into the NAIA National Tournament Opening Round played at various sites across the NAIA beginning on May 12.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- Second-seeded St. Catharine (Ky.) forced a second championship game with five runs over the last two innings to beat third-seeded Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) 7-6 at the 2015 Mid-South Conference Baseball Tournament at Bowling Green Ballpark.

St. Catharine's Alfredo Bohorquez's two-run single in the top of the ninth inning proved to be the difference as the Patriots (37-14) won their fifth straight win-or-go-home game.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- St. Catharine (Ky.) scored five times in the sixth inning to break open a close game, including two-run singles from Alfredo Bohorquez and Harold Diaz, and Conner Lindsay tossed seven shutout innings of relief for the win in an 8-6 victory over Cumberland (Tenn.) on Saturday in the Mid-South Conference Baseball Championships at Bowling Green Ballpark.

The Bulldogs scored three times in the ninth thanks to an RBI double from Justin Byrd and a two-run double by Ryan Dickison, but Jonathan Larson grounded out to end the game.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -- Second-seeded St. Catharine (Ky.) overcame a four-run deficit to beat eighth-seeded Pikeville (Ky.) 8-4 tonight in an elimination game of the 2015 Mid-South Conference Baseball Tournament at Bowling Green Ballpark.

The Patriots (35-14) advances to play fifth-seeded Cumberland (Tenn.) -- who fell into the consolation bracket with a 2-0 loss to Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) earlier today -- in another elimination game. First pitch is scheduled for 1 p.m. CT.
