LEWISTON, Idaho -- Lindsey Wilson baseball concluded its season on Saturday with a 2-0 loss to No. 5-ranked Tabor (Kan.) in the 59th annual Avista-NAIA Baseball World Series at Harris Field.

No. 7 seed Lindsey Wilson concludes its season with a 41-19 record and an appearance in the program's first NAIA Baseball World Series.

LEWISTON, Idaho -- Lindsey Wilson baseball managed just four hits today in a 3-1 loss to Vanguard (Calif.) on the opening day of the 59th annual Avista-NAIA Baseball World Series at Harris Field.

No. 7 seed Lindsey Wilson falls into the consolation bracket and faces the loser of No. 3 seed Tabor (Kan.) and No. 6 seed Embry-Riddle (Fla.) at 11 a.m. CT on Saturday in an elimination game.

KINGSPORT, Tenn. -- Lindsey Wilson baseball is heading to its first-ever AVISTA-NAIA World Series following a 4-1 win over top-seeded Tennessee Wesleyan today at the NAIA Baseball National Championship Opening Round - Kingsport Bracket at Hunter Wright Stadium.

The second-seeded Blue Raiders (41-17) cap a perfect run through the Kingsport Bracket by upending the No. 3-ranked Bulldogs (45-12) for a second time in as many days.
