LINDSEY WILSON'S SANG NAMED NAIA ALL-AMERICAN
Stellah Sang of Lindsey Wilson College has been named a NAIA All-American for her 19th-place performance
at the recent the NAIA National Championship Meet. Sang, a freshman from Eldoret, Kenya, finished the 5k
course in a time of 18:33, which was held at E.P. "Tom" Sawyer Park in Louisville, Kentucky.

CUMBERLANDS RECEIVES VOTES IN TOP 25 NAIA PRE-SEASON RATINGS
Although not listed in the Top 25, Mid-South Conference Cross Country member University of
the Cumberlands received votes in the NAIA Pre-Season rating poll released on Wednesday, August 23.

CUMBERLANDS, CAMPBELLSVILLE PICKED AS CHOICES FOR MSC CROSS COUNTRY
The Cross Country Coaches of the Mid-South Conference have announced their men's and women's pre-season
ratings for the upcoming season. University of the Cumberlands was picked #1 in Men's Cross Country, while
Campbellsville University was tabbed as #1 of the women's teams.
Cumberlands was the men's championship winner in 2005, with Lindsey Wilson being the runner-up. Cumberlands
also won on the women's side last year, with Campbellsville coming in second.
West Virginia Tech, who has replaced Lambuth University as a full member of the Mid-South this year, does not
currently field cross country squads.
The Mid-South Conference Championship Meet is scheduled for Saturday, November 4, and will once again be
held at E.P. "Tom" Sawyer Park in Louisville, Kentucky.
The complete women's rating positions are as follows:
1. Campbellsville University
2. University of the Cumberlands
3. Georgetown College
4. Lindsey Wilson College
5. Pikeville College
