Kara went 14 for 24 last week, batting .583 with 12 runs scored
and knocking in 11 runs. She also had
5 doubles, 1 triple and
stole four bases. This is Kara's second POW award of the season.(Kara was also named Region XI Player of the Week)

Senior / Righthander
Kelly was named Pitcher of the Week for the second week in a row by tossing
back-to-back, three-hit shutouts
over Centre and Pikeville last week. She allowed no
runners to reach base via the walk and had a total of 16 strikeouts in the two games.
