LISTED IN NAIA FALL POLL


Two Mid-South Conference Golf Teams are listed in the NAIA's Fall Rating released today. Campbellsville is ranked # 25, and Lindsey Wilson received votes in the poll.

Campbellsville won the Mid-South Fall Tournament by four strokes over Lindsey Wilson.

LISTED IN NAIA FALL POLL


Three Mid-South Conference Golf Teams are listed in the NAIA's Fall Rating. Lindsey Wilson is ranked # 14, Campbellsville is at # 25, and Cumberlands received votes in the poll.

Lindsey Wilson won the Mid-South Fall Tournament by nine strokes over Campbellsville.

The first NAIA spring poll will be released on Friday, March 3.

LINDSEY WILSON COLLEGE FAVORED
FOR MID-SOUTH GOLF TITLE

The men's golf coaches of the Mid-South Conference have selected Lindsey Wilson College as the solid favorite to win the MSC Championship for the upcoming spring season.

Georgetown College was second, followed by Campbellsville University in third-place, with Cumberland College coming in # 4, with Pikeville College (# 5), and Lambuth (# 6) completing the order.

Member schools begin play about March 1st, with the majority of the conference matches being played during in March and early April. The conference tournament is scheduled for April 15-17 at the Stonecrest Country Club in Prestonsburg, Kentucky.

The following are the placing positions, total points and first-place votes. Coaches were not allowed to vote for their own team.


Lindsey Wilson College -- 25 points -- (5 first-place votes)
Georgetown College -- 19 points
Campbellsville University -- 18 points -- (1 first-place vote)
Cumberland College -- 14 points
Pikeville College -- 9 points
Lambuth University -- 5 points
