Offensive Player of the Week
Randy Hippeard -- QB -- SO -- UVA-Wise

Randy set a school single game record with 439 yards passing on 30 of 42 (71.4%)
and had no interceptions. He threw 5 touchdown passes at Pikeville on Saturday night,
connecting with 4 different receivers for scores from 17, 17, 28, 10 and 30 yards. Randy
led the offense to 543 total yards and also set a new single season Cavaliers touchdown
passing record with 21. The offensive POW award is Randy's second of this season.

(Randy was also named the NAIA's National Offensive Player of the Week)


Defensive Player of the Week
Matt Hickman -- DB -- SR -- Cumberland (TN.)

Matt had all of his 10 tackles go as solo tackles against Campbellsville on
Saturday afternoon. Four of his tackles were for a loss of 22 yards, and he
had 2 quarterback sacks go for a loss of 17 yards. His defensive efforts led
the Bulldogs to allow only 7 points, 25 below the Bulldog average.


Special Teams Player of the Week
Ray Damm -- K -- SR -- UVA-Wise

At Pikeville Saturday night, Ray was 7 for 7 on his extra points attempts and
also kicked a 36-yard field goal with no time left on the clock heading into
halftime. He also punted 4 times for the Cavaliers, getting 130 total yards
with his longest kick going for 47 yards.
