LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- For the second consecutive week, University of the Cumberlands junior Emma Cutmore is the Mid-South Conference Women's Golfer of the Week. The conference announced the honor on Monday.
The weekly conference award is Cutmore's second of the season and of her career.
The Essex, England, native, captured her second straight tournament win with her medalist performance at the Bluegrass Spring Classic at Cherry Blossom Golf Club. Cutmore won the two-day event with a 153 (74-79).
Cutmore helped the Patriots to a second place finish in the tournament.
In her second tournament of the week, Cutmore finished tied for 86th in the 101-woman field at the NCAA Division I Eastern Kentucky University Lady Colonel Classic at Arlington Golf Club.
Cutmore shot 254 (81-91-82) over the two-day, three-round tournament.
The Patriots finished 17th overall at EKU.
