LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- University of the Cumberlands' freshman McKinzie Price is the Mid-South Conference Women's Golfer of the Week, the conference announced on Monday.

The weekly conference award is the first of the season and the first of her career for Price.

The Somerset, Ky., native, earned all-tournament team honors for her fifth place finish at the Berry (Ga.) College Spring Invitational at Coosa Country Club.

Price finished with a two-day total of 157 (75-82) over the 6,011-yard, par 72 course.

She helped the No. 19-ranked Patriots to a second place finish in the tournament.
