Jackson, Tenn. - Campbellsville University received a triple-double from Whitney Ballinger to advance past Louisiana State-Shreveport, 64-55, in the second game of the day at the 2010 NAIA Women's Basketball National Championship. Ballinger scored 25 points, pulled down 15 rebounds and blocked 11 shots to lead the Lady Tigers to victory.

Both teams got off to slow starts in the game; with LSU-Shreveport shooting 7-of-30 (0.233) from the field and Campbellsville shooting 6-of-31 for just 0.194. The Lady Tigers led 25-21 at halftime thanks in large part to its 11-of-13 (0.846) shooting from the free throw line.
Campbellsville heated up in the second half, shooting 13-of-26 (.500). Ballinger, the WBCA Player of the Year, scored 16 of her 25 points in the second half to help the Lady Tigers secure the win.

Courtney Danis joined Ballinger in double-figures for the Lady Tigers, while Kristi Ensminger added seven points off the bench. LSU-Shreveport was led by Valerie Huizar's 13 points, TiKandis Edwards and Renalda Stafford added 11 and 10 points, respectively.

Campbellsville improves to 32-2 on the year, while Louisiana State-Shreveport finishes its year at 23-7.
