LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Lindsey Wilson College senior Jessica Weyreuter is the Mid-South Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week, the conference announced on Monday.

Weyreuter earns her second straight weekly conference award of the season. She finished the week with a 5-0 singles record and a 5-1 doubles record at the Auburn University Montgomery Spring Invitational.

The Montecarlo, Argentina, native, won all five of her singles matches at No. 2 singles against three ranked opponents. Weyreuter beat the No. 2 singles from No. 7-ranked Brenau (Ga.) University, No. 10-ranked Oklahoma Christian University and No. 19-ranked Xavier (La.) University.

Weyreuter's only loss came at No. 1 doubles against No. 1-ranked AUM.

No. 15-ranked Lindsey Wilson finished the week 3-3 to move to 3-4 overall on the season.
