FRESNO, Calif. -- The Lindsey Wilson College men's soccer team is set for its eighth appearance in the national title game after putting together a 3-0 shutout of Simon Fraser (B.C) University in the semifinals of the NAIA National Championship on Friday at Ramirez Field.

Freshman midfielder Lebogang Moloto provided the game-winning goal with a deep strike in the 19th minute. Moloto received the ball on the right side and sailed a shot from nearly 40-feet out over the head of the Clan keeper into the back of an empty net.

Sophomore forward Moses Aduny gave Lindsey Wilson some breathing room in the 54th minute with a goal from just a few feet outside the net to take a 2-0 advantage. Sophomore defender Chris Williams and senior Luis Campo were credited with the dual assist on the score.

After halftime, the Blue Raiders struck once more with an unassisted Moloto goal in the 83rd minute from just inside the box.

Simon Fraser keeper Hide Ozawa entered the contest ranked fourth in the NAIA in goals against per game with a 0.540 average. Ozawa had little chance of being as efficient against the Blue Raiders as they outshot the clan 20-3.

Seven of the Blue Raiders' shots were on goal, while Simon Fraser placed just one on target.

Lindsey Wilson (19-2-1) freshman keeper Callum Christie secured the shutout with one save. Ozawa finished with four saves for the Clan.

Simon Fraser's season ends with a 20-4-0 record as it extends its losing streak in the semifinals to four games.

Tomorrow's national title game starts at 5 p.m. CT as the Blue Raiders faceThe Master's (Calif.) College at Ramirez Field in Fresno, Calif.
