COLUMBIA, Ky. -- Mid-South Conference Tournament champion Georgetown College must wait to find out its next opponent and that's just fine with the Tigers. Georgetown (40-2) earns one of the 12 opening round byes and advances to the final site in Sioux City, Iowa, where pool play begins on Dec. 1 at the Tyson Event Center. The 12 opening-round matches begin on Saturday, Nov. 21 at on-campus sites. Saturday's 12 winners join the top 12 seeds for six four-team round-robin pools. The winner and runner up of each pool advances into the single-elimination championship bracket. The Tigers are making their 14th all-time appearance in the national championships. Georgetown 22-35 all-time at the national championships. Final site pool assignments and schedule to be announced on Nov. 22.
