NAIA Men's Soccer Coaches' Top 25 Poll

COLUMBIA, Ky. – Cumberland (Tenn.), Campbellsville (Ky.) and Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) are ranked in the NAIA Men's Soccer Coaches' Top 25, the national office announced on Tuesday.

No Mid-South teams were mentioned in the receiving votes section of the poll.

Lindsey Wilson moved into the top 10 after two conference victories last week. The Blue Raiders collected 364 voting points and moved up two spots to No. 9 in the poll. The Blue Raiders are 7-1 overall and 3-0 in the MSC.

Lindsey Wilson holds the record for the longest consecutively-ranked streak at 112-straight polls.

Campbellsville moves down one spot to No. 13 this week. They received 302 voting points and are 8-1-1 this season. The Tigers are 1-0-1 against nationally-ranked opponents.

Cumberland garnered 111 voting points and moves down one spot to No. 24. The Phoenix are 8-2-1 overall and host Georgetown (Ky.) on Friday.

This is the second-straight week three Mid-South teams are inside the top 25.

William Carey (Miss.) holds on to the No. 1 spot for the third week in a tallying 17 first-place votes and 498 voting points.

Missouri Valley collected the other first-place vote and 482 voting points to remain at No. 2. Rio Oklahoma Wesleyan collected 461 voting points to move to No. 3 in the rankings.

Baker (Kan.) and Rio Grande (Ohio) round out the top five with 440 and 438 voting points respectively.  

The national poll is voted on by a panel of head coaches representing either a conference or the independents.

The next regular season poll is scheduled to be released on Oct. 17.
