Eighty-three scholar teams come from the Mid-South's full members while the conference's affiliate members produced another eight.

To be considered for the NAIA Scholar-Team award, a team must have a minimum 3.0 grade-point average as defined by the institution. The team grade-point average includes all student-athletes on the eligibility certificate.

(2), Lindenwood-Belleville (Ill.) (1) and Loyola (La.) (1) make up the affiliate members with teams that play in the Mid-South Conference.
