NAIA Softball Coaches' Top 25 Postseason Poll

COLUMBIA, Ky. – Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) and Campbellsville (Ky.) represent the Mid-South Conference in the NAIA Softball Coaches' Top 25 Postseason Poll, the national office announced on Wednesday.

Both the Blue Raiders and Tigers slipped in the ranking following the national championship.

Lindsey Wilson moved out of the top 10 and slid to No. 15 in the national poll after grabbing 283 points. The Blue Raiders capped off its season going 0-2 in the Columbia (Ky.) Bracket of the NAIA Softball National Championship Opening Round. Lindsey Wilson finished the season at 39-13 overall.

Campbellsville dropped eight spots and is ranked 19th overall in the postseason poll with 214 points. After winning its first game at its opening round in the Bowling Green (Ky.) Bracket, the Tigers dropped its next two contests to finish off its season. Campbellsville went 38-15 during its 2017 campaign.

Oklahoma City stayed atop the national ranking after winning the national championship earlier this month. The Stars were ranked No. 1 all season as it went 68-1 on the year. Oklahoma City earned all 19 first-place votes and 529 total points in the final ranking.

Corban (Ore.) moved up to No. 2 after jumping up 12 spots with 505 points. LSU Alexandria (La.) leapt into the top 10 and is ranked third with 488 points. Columbia (Mo.) fell a spot to No. 4 with 486 points, while Davenport (Mich.) rounded out the top five with 446 voting points.
