LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Lindsey Wilson College junior Krista Burton is the Mid-South Conference Women's Golfer of the Week for the week ending April 18, according to the conference.

Burton captured the Battle at the Brickyard Tournament hosted by University of St. Francis to earn her third straight MSC Golfer of the Week honors.

The Jamestown, Ky., native, shot a six-over par 150 (73-77) over the 6,028 yard Brickyard Crossings Golf Club course to win the event by two strokes. Her 73 in round one tied for the lowest score of the two-day event.

Burton led the No. 10-ranked Blue Raiders to the win as Lindsey Wilson beat NCAA Division II No. 10-ranked University of Indianapolis by nine shots.
