LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Lindsey Wilson College junior Krista Burton is the Mid-South Conference Women's Golfer of the Week for the week ending April 4, according to the conference.

Burton finished tied for fourth at the Bellarmine University Invitational to earn her first conference golfer of the week award of the season.

The Jamestown, Ky., native, shot a 160 (79-81) over the two-day tournament at Persimmon Ridge Golf Club in Louisville. Burton finished four strokes off the lead in the NCAA Division II tournament.

Burton helped the Blue Raiders to a third place finish with a team-total of 657 (323-334).
