NAIA Men's Cross Country National Qualifiers

COLUMBIA, Ky. – Shawnee State (Ohio) is the lone to team from the Mid-South Conference to earn a bid to the 2016 NAIA Men's Cross Country National Championship, the national office announced on Monday night.

The Bears captured the MSC Men's Cross Country Championship last Saturday after earning 29 points at the conference meet. Shawnee State also had six runners inside the top 10 to capture the conference's automatic bid into the national meet.

The Mid-South Conference also has four individuals earning a bid to the NAIA National Championships.

Campbellsville's (Ky.) Adam Sandidge and Bret Crawford, along with Cumberlands' (Ky.) Sam Beal and Ben Call earned bids to the national championship.

Each of the four runners were the top four individuals at the MSC Championship not on the winning team.

Thirty-six teams and 85 individuals earned bids to the national meet.

The 2016 NAIA Men's Cross Country Championship is slated for Saturday, Nov. 19 at the North Farms Cross Country Course in Elsah, Illinois.
