COLUMBIA, Ky. – Shawnee State (Ohio) is the only team from the Mid-South Conference ranked inside the NAIA Men's Cross Country Coaches' Top 25 Poll, the national office announced on Sunday.

Campbellsville (Ky.) jumped back into the receiving votes section of the poll this week.

The Bears held at No. 10 in the poll with 424 voting points, following their win at the 2016 MSC Men's Cross Country Championship on Saturday.

Campbellsville re-entered the receiving votes section of the poll this week after a second-place finish at the conference meet. The Tigers are 12 spots outside of the top 25 with three total points.

British Columbia remains atop the poll with 20 of the 21 first-place votes and 591 total points. St. Francis (Ill.) earned the final first-place vote, while grabbing 570 points to sit at No. 2 in the poll.

Southern Oregon is third in the rankings with 553 points, followed by Marian (Ind.) at No. 4 with 528 points. The Master's (Calif.) is only new entrant into the top five this week with 522 points.

The NAIA Men's Cross Country National Championship is slated for Nov. 19 at North Farms Cross County Course in Elsah, Illinois.

The poll was voted upon by a panel of head coaches representing each of the conferences and the Association of Independent Institutions.

The postseason coaches' poll is slated to be released on Nov. 24.
