The 2008 Mid-South Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships were held on Saturday, April 26th at the University of the Cumberlands' James H. Taylor II Stadium in Williamsburg, KY. The Cumberlands' women brought home first place, edging out Shorter College for the crown, while the reverse was the case on the men's side as Shorter came in first with the Cumberlands in second.

The Patriots scored a total of 214 points on the day, just six points more than the second place Shorter team (208). The team results for the women are as follows:
