Patriots crack Top 25 for first time this season. 
 
The University of the Cumberlands' baseball team is ranked #17 in the latest Baseball Top 25 Poll, released Wednesday by the NAIA. The Patriots, who did not receive any votes in last week's poll, also jumped to second in the region after coming in at sixth the previous week.
 
 
The Cumberlands, who currently stand at 19-4 (3-0) are the only Mid-South team to receive recognition in the latest rankings.
