Oklahoma Baptist opened the game with an 8-0 run.  However, Lindsey Wilson began chipping away and with 8:25 left in the first half, the Blue Raiders tied the game at 20-20.  OBU's Bison regained the lead and held a 33-32 lead at the half.

The second half started with OBU pushing the lead to three points on a basket by Jennifer Jupin. Lindsey Wilson answered with eight straight points to take their first lead of the game.  The Blue Raiders held a small advantage and led 40-39 with 14:53 left in the game.  Over the next eight minutes, Lindsey Wilson posted a 26-6 run to take their largest lead of 21 points (66-45) with 7:07 left in the game.  The Bison didn't quit as they made one last rally attempt, trying to avoid their second straight first round loss.  Oklahoma Baptist cut the Lindsey Wilson lead down to just six points, 77-71, but only 29 seconds remained.  After 1-of-2 free throws from Lindsey Wilson's Krystal Jackson, the Blue Raider lead was seven points with 17 seconds left.  A late three pointer from OBU's Jayme Glover cut the final score to 78-74.
