KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Four Mid-South Conference wrestling teams are ranked in the latest National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Wresting Coaches' Top-20 Poll, released on Wednesday by the NAIA.

Campbellsville University leads the MSC teams at No. 3 in the poll. The Tigers climbed one spot this week after receiving 105 team points. Campbellsville is one of three programs to have two grapplers ranked No. 1 in their respective weight class.

Lindsey Wilson College spends its second straight rating period at No. 6. The Blue Raiders received 55 team points.

University of the Cumberlands (31 team points) slipped two spots to No. 14 while Shorter University (15.5) climbed one slot to No. 18.

Twenty-two MSC wrestlers are ranked in the Top 12 of their respective weight classes. Campbellsville leads the way with 10 followed by Lindsey Wilson's six. Cumberlands has four ranked individuals and Shorter has two.

Campbellsville's Tim Thurston and Jamelle Jones are the highest ranked individuals from the MSC. Thurston (133 pounds) and Jones (197) are each ranked first in their respective weight class.

The next national ranking is scheduled to be released on Wednesday, Feb. 8.
